Our Professional and Qualified staff provides services with love and passion to your loved ones. Whether the services are required for a few hours or 24 hours a day seven days a week, our trustworthy staff ensures that individual receiving our services must stay safe and healthy.
Habilitation
Habilitation is a type of health care service, in which the caregiver helps the patient acquire and improve upon skills that they may or may not have had in the past, as well as develop new skills to help optimize their daily living. These services address the competencies and abilities needed for optimal functioning and interaction with their environments.
Examples in which habilitation is used would be in the case in which a child isn’t walking or talking at the expected age this may include something as simple as setting goals to achieve a certain objectives. One scenario of this could be when tying ones shoe laces and taking systematic steps towards achieving it, but the child is not able to follow through with process. Adults, particularly those with intellectual disabilities or disorders such as cerebral palsy, can also benefit from habilitative services.
Habilitative services include but are not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, audiology and other services for people with disabilities in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings
Attendant Care
Qualified well trained staff provides assistance to the consumer in attaining or maintaining a safe and healthy and sanitary living conditions and or maintaining personal cleanliness and activities of daily living and / or to assist the client to remain in his\her home and/or participate in community activities. Our services include but are not limited to:
o Planning
o Preparing, and cleaning up meals
o Assistance with daily grooming and hygiene needs
o Assistance with dressing
o Assistance with walking
o Posture positioning
o Eating assistance
o Toileting assistance
Respite
At Freedom Valley Services LLC we understand the physical, mental and emotional demands of being a family caregiver. Giving so much of yourself can be overwhelming at times; caregiver burnout is very common. In order to provide the best care possible for your loved one, it is essential to take a break from time to time. That's why we provide Respite to family caregivers in the Phoenix area including all of Maricopa and Pinal Counties. In addition to providing training and supervision, we take the time to carefully match every client with a caregiver that meets their expectations and personal preferences, this provides the comfort and peace of mind you need as you take a well deserved break from daily responsibilities.

Housekeeping
Our caregivers provide assistance to the client by performing routine household activities within the residence of the client as well as the preservation and improvement of the safety, welfare and sanitation of the consumer’s living condition. Our services include but are not limited to:
o Performing light housekeeping
o Running errands (prescription pick-up, dry cleaning, etc.)
o Organizing and reading mail
o Grocery shopping
o Laundry & ironing
o Escorting to appointments and social events
o Assisting with pet care
